Authenticity

Authenticity is a trust feature, not a laboratory service. There is no physical Scentswap authentication in V1 and no paid authentication add-on.

We ask for bottle, base, atomizer, box, batch code and proof of purchase where available. Automated flags can send a listing to review; they do not prove a bottle is counterfeit.

Legitimate dupes must be labelled clearly and must never be titled or styled as the original.
